Retired themes are still supported by StudioPress.
Β Is there any function in Sleek that could be a risk for future wordpress versions
That would be a hard question to answer, because who knows what is going to happen in the future? I wouldn't be too concerned about it - Genesis is the more important factor in that equation.
SusanModeratorI wonder if anyone here has combined theme functionality
I combined Pretty Young Thing and Modern Blogger on my own personal site. I don't have any trips handy - it was mostly a matter of trial and error - I took the things I liked from both themes to create a site which combined the functionality I was looking for. I did it within a month of first getting involved with StudioPress, so I know it's something that someone with not a great deal of experience can do.
SusanModeratorThere seems to be no support for that theme any more
All StudioPress themes will continue to be supported, even if they have been retired. You can go ahead and submit a support ticket here:

When did it stop working? Did you recently upgrade something?
February 26, 2013 at 9:03 am in reply to: SP Forum Posting Issues But This Is My Real Problem #22904SusanModerator@carlos 183, I'll try to address this one:
2) figure out why posts are not sticking in this forum (I’m assuming that this thread sticks LOL)
If you let me know which posts you tried to respond to, I can go take a look and see if it was marked as "spam".
My recommendation as far as responding to an existing post - if you are looking for an answer yourself, and the existing thread doesn't answer your question, you are better off starting another thread, because it will then show up as a new question. If you add on to another thread, it won't show up as a new question, and therefore, may be overlooked.
I further recommend that if you have seen a thread that doesn't resolve your issue, but you have tried with a suggestion in another thread, go ahead and include the link to the other thread in your question. That way, whoever is trying to help you will know what you have already tried.
I hope that helps!
SusanModeratorI'm glad the issue is resolved for both of you. I will close this thread as "resolved" - go ahead and start another thread if you have any more questions.
SusanModeratorYour header width is set to 960px.
Your #header.widget-area and title area with their accompanying padding is pushing the width to over 960px.
Try adjusting your #header.widget-area down by 30px.
(Thanks to @bradleypotter on Twitter for pointing this out to me!)
Edited to clarify...
SusanModeratorSomeone else reported a similar issue a couple weeks ago, but no-one was able to repeat it. I'm not having issues with your menu. Have you just started experiencing it? Try clearing your cache, or testing it on another computer...
SusanModeratorRead the Genesis Guide for Beginners:
SusanModeratorStudioPress offers a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you don't think this is the right theme or framework for you, there is that option, but if you're willing to give it a shot, I think you'll like what the themes can do for your site...
SusanModeratorGreat! I'll close this thread as "resolved" - go ahead and start a new thread if you have more questions. π
SusanModeratorRight, it can't be done from the dashboard.
If you don't feel comfortable going to your hosting site, the other way around is to upload an image to your media library, and replace the URL for the image in your stylesheet.
SusanModeratorIt's on your hosting site > wp-content > themes > Expose > images > header.png
SusanModeratorHi! You can replace the image with one of your own choosing in your theme's image folder. The image is titled header.png, and the image size is 960px by 100px.
SusanModeratorGlad it's resolved!
SusanModeratorDid you get your issue resolved? I'm only see one imagine in your most recent post (it's the Woolworth building under construction).
Usually, when this happens, it's because you've inserted an image into the post, AND set the image as the featured posts. This will cause duplication of the image.
SusanModeratorGlad you found it - I was searching for an answer as you were responding. I'll close this thread as resolved.
SusanModeratorModify this code snippet, which should be added into your functions.php file.
/** Customize the post info function */ add_filter( 'genesis_post_info', 'post_info_filter' ); function post_info_filter($post_info) { if ( !is_page() ) { $post_info = '[post_date] by [post_author_posts_link] [post_comments] [post_edit]'; return $post_info; }}
Snippet source: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/post-info/
SusanModeratorOut of the box, so to speak, I don't think any of the themes have all of that, but I think they can be customized to look like that.
You should start by looking at the Responsive themes here: http://my.studiopress.com/themes/
I have just installed the Metro theme for my own site, and have replaced the Featured Image on the front page with the Genesis Responsive slider. I'm partial to the clean looks of that theme.

February 24, 2013 at 11:18 am in reply to: Luscious Child – Featured Image duplicates itself – How to Fix this? #22539SusanModeratorI'm not sure how deleting an image gave you that error, but what you will need to do now is to log into your hosting site, and upload a new functions.php file from your Luscious download folder.
