You didn't add the background color to .genesis-nav-menu. The white lines are the color of this element.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?June 11, 2017 at 4:40 am in reply to: Shortcode in text widgets won't render since Genesis update 2.5.2 #207601Victor FontModeratorIt has nothing to do with Genesis. This is the new text widget included with WordPress 4.8. See this: https://victorfont.com/restore-wordpress-classic-text-widget/.
Make sure you look at the WordPress text widget change document linked to in the article.
In the meantime, you could try adding this to your child theme's functions.php:
add_filter('widget_text', 'do_shortcode');

Have you requested your free website audit yet?June 11, 2017 at 4:34 am in reply to: Adsense add only before pages/posts content not the home page #207600Victor FontModeratorAdsense code belongs in the spot where you want the ads displayed. You might want to take a look at the Genesis Visual Hook guide to determine placement: https://genesistutorials.com/visual-hook-guide/
Your condition is more complex than it has to be. And since you are using Genesis Simple Hooks, you might just want to try:
if ( is_singular() ) { ?> <script> CUT AND PASTE ADSENSE CODE HERE </script> <?php }
Make sure to check the box for running php code.

(Zoom) It is adjusting the image dimensions to width: 800px; and height: 1002px;. The image is on the iPhone, put it is so big and so far to the right of the screen that you can't see it.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorWithout being able to view the code, we're not going to be able to help you. You could try using a mobile testing website like http://semalt.design and then use your browser inspection tool to see if you can figure out what's going on. https://victorfont.com/how-to-use-your-browsers-inspect-tool/
If you can't figure this out, then ask here again when you are able to post a link to the site.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe widgets are presented in the order in which they've been coded in the child theme's front-page.php. In Aspire Pro, you have to edit the aspire_front_page_widgets() function starting at line 106.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYour browser has an inspection tool that makes it very easy to determine what CSS to change when you want to adjust spaces and such on a page. It's called the browser inspect or inspection tool. Learning how to use it will save you a lot of time. https://victorfont.com/how-to-use-your-browsers-inspect-tool/
As for the padding before the testimonials, remove the padding from the .home-features class in style.css near line 2441.
For the padding and margin in the testimonial itself, this is coming from the social proof plugin in a file named social-proof-slider-public.css. I know nothing about this plugin so can't promise this will work, but you can try adding the following to your child theme style.css or the WordPress custom CSS area:
.widget__socialproofslider { margin: 0; } .social-proof-slider-wrap { padding: 0 50px 50px; }

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe new WordPress text widget functions identically as the editor on the post and page editor. They all use the same tool now, TinyMCE.
If you can't let the site be seen, then I'm afraid we can't help you further. Good luck.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe example theme you point to is not based on the Genesis Framework. Regardless, that tag you see in the corner of images is the WordPress image caption. It is styled through CSS to be positioned on top of the image.
You would do it the same way in a Genesis theme. Add a caption to the image and use CSS to style and position it.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorNot strange at all. It's the difference between a soft and hard crop. This is a parameter defined in the WordPress add_image_size() function. Here's an article that explains it: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-additional-image-sizes-in-wordpress/
Check your theme's functions.php file to see if the featured image is hard or soft cropped.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe image is aligning with the text. You have a white border in the image that presents the illusion that it is not in alignment. Look at the image by itself:
If you want the top line of the rectangle to align with the top, you have to give it a negative margin-top of about 8px. margin-top: -8px.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe image location is controlled by the float: right in .woocommerce ul.product_list_widget li img in woocommerce.css. Since this is a plugin style sheet, you can't change it there. What you need to do is override it in your child theme's style.css. However, the WooCommerce style sheets typically load after the child theme's style.css, gibing them precedent in the browser. To override WooCommerce then, you have to change the load order of the style sheets so the child theme's loads last. This will help you: https://victorfont.com/change-genesis-child-theme-style-sheet-load-order/
If you do this correctly, the following code, when added to style.css will orverride WooCommerce:
.woocommerce ul.product_list_widget li img { float: left; }
