Your CSS has the max-width set to 430px and your image is 500px wide:
header-image .title-area { margin: 0 auto; max-width: 430px; padding: 0; }
Whatever you do, the image is going to abut the header right area. Maybe this will help understand how it works: https://victorfont.com/understanding-genesis-framework-site-header-layout/

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe Hello Pro theme developer moved the widget area setup out of functions.php into its own file. The file is in the theme's lib directory. It's called widget-setup.php. This is where you have to define the widget area before it can be displayed in front-page.php.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe delay is probably because you're using lazyload for parts of your site. The favicon loads in 6.7ms. That's incredibly fast.
Besides, the favicon is loaded in the WordPress wp_head function. wp_head is forth function called in the header after the mandatory HTML markup for doctype, title, and meta. You're not going to be able to change this.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou have bad HTML in the first widget that's impacting everything on the page. In the source code, I see a closing strong tag with no opening tag. It shows up after the words "What we do".

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorFilters don't work that way. apply_filters is only used in the code where it takes effect. To modify a filter, you have to use add_filter.
The genesis_do_post_image function does not have any filters you can hook into. The function does 2 things only. First it retrieves the featured image. If a featured image exists, it calls genesis_markup to create the HTML markup.
The genesis_markup function creates several context filters on-the-fly that you can hook into to change the output. The primary filter for changing markup is genesis_markup_entry-image-link_output.
You would add this to functions.php:
add_filter('genesis_markup_entry-image-link_output','my_featured_image', 10, 2); function my_featured_image( $tag, $args ) { //put your custom code here return $tag; }

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI just activated Essense Pro on my dev site and it shows the 3 options. The theme is working correctly.
I would look for a possible plugin conflict, and maybe activate WordPress debug to see if any errors pop up.
Whatever case, this isn't anything that we could help with without access to the back end of your site.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYes, you can remove it. It's just for the icons.
I can't determine what theme you're using because of automtomize and you didn't mention the theme in your post. If there haven't been any modifications to the delivered theme code, the style sheet is being enqueued in functions.php. Edit functions.php and comment out the line loading the style sheet.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?February 5, 2019 at 6:26 pm in reply to: Problem with Plugin not working with Genesis Themes #489324Victor FontModeratorThe plugin developer is giving you correct advice, but what he is saying is really more for a dev. I suggest you enable WordPress debug, to see if there are any error messages that may make sense of this. If not, you may have to hire a dev to help you sort this out.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI sincerely doubt that Outreach Pro is the underlying cause behind the memory issues. I've used that theme on quite a few sites and it hasn't been updated in 5-years. It's worked well on every site I've installed it on.
A more like cause is a plugin conflict with the WordPress customizer, but you haven't provided enough information to make a considered determination.
I suggest you enable WordPress debug to see if there are any error message that make sense as the root cause. https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

Have you requested your free website audit yet?February 5, 2019 at 3:27 pm in reply to: Problem with Plugin not working with Genesis Themes #489318Victor FontModeratorI don't know what the Genesis Framework or Education Pro would have to do with the ability to login and out. There's no code anywhere in either product as delivered out of the box that touches anything to do with the WordPress login.
Do you have customizations?
Have you resaved permalinks?
Have you enabled WordPress debug to examine the logs?
Have you cleared all caches?
Have you excluded form pages such as the login page from any caches?
Have you asked the plugin developer for assistance?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorelement.style is not in any style sheet. Anytime you see CSS in the element tag in the inspector, it is an inline style, meaning it's been directly added to the page being displayed. On your site, it's being inserted in the #genesis-content element after the page is loaded by jQuery related to your sumo smart bar.
There's nothing you can do about it unless you can edit the jQuery that's adding the margin-top.
