The SEO Data Transporter plugin allows you to transfer the SEO data (such as title tags and meta descriptions) you’ve entered in one WordPress theme/plugin to another. We all know how difficult it can be to switch themes or dump plugins, and the fact that themes and plugins store their inputted SEO data differently makes it even harder. This plugin remedies that.
Usage
Just choose which platform you’re moving away from, and which platform you’re moving to. Click “analyze” to see which records and elements are compatible, and click “convert” to transport your SEO data from the former theme/plugin to the new solution.

The SEO Data Transporters plugin is hosted at the WordPress Plugins directory. You can download it here.
Installation
1) Upload the entire seo-data-transporter folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2) DO NOT change the name of the seo-data-transporter folder
3) Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
4) Navigate to the Tools > SEO Data Transport menu
