New Theme Options
We are also very happy to announce that a new options page has been built for the Agent theme which is more efficient and includes additional options.
Auto-Sized Thumbnails
Another awesome feature with this version of Agent is the ability to now display automatically generated thumbnails on the homepage. You can see that the sizes of your thumbnails can be configured on the options page.
About Me Widget
One thing that we have made easier in version 3.0 of the Agent Theme is the ability to create About Me boxes that can be placed into your sidebar. We are now using a custom widget which will dynamically create the About Me box. You can add as many of these as you wish, in the event that you want to showcase more than one real estate agent.
Support For Localization
Another awesome feature that is included with the Agent theme is support for localization. We have been asked numerous times if our themes can be localized, and we are going to make sure that all of them can be internationalized into different languages.
Header eNews & Updates
In previous versions of the Agent theme, we required the use of a text widget to display the Google/Feedburner eNews & Updates section. We felt that was a bit clunky, so we’ve now included the ability to enable/disable that section from within the dashboard, and provide a box for you to place your Feed ID.

A TEAM site. Could be for teams of network marketers or teams who work in the same dealership or building.
Also – along these lines – imagine an Featured Products site!!!!! Each product could be featured the way the real estate agents are!

Nice options for the theme. Is this one easily styled in CSS, or does the functionality give up some of its ability to be styled in the code?
all styling can be accomplished via CSS still.
HI I would like to know if the template has a booking calendar option, or if you know of one that can be installed, so we can not just sell property but rent. Also , can it be installed in a multiple language envioroment?..

I believe there are plugins you can add on that will give you the booking calendar functionality – you may want to check out the Plugins Directory.
I’m completely green to blogs so excuse my Q? if they are basic. Can I have my local MLS available on my blog site? Can I have information automatically entered to my site from other sites such as bank updates or articles etc?

It will depend on what your local MLS allows – some have embed functions, some have RSS feeds, some require you to link directly to them. If you have an RSS feed available to you, you can pull in auto-updates from the source.
