Education 1.0 Child Theme Released

StudioPress is happy to announce the release of the Education 1.0 child theme. This WordPress theme works on the Genesis Theme Framework and can be downloaded by Pro Plus members in the support forum. All others can purchase the package here.

If you have already purchased the Genesis Theme Framework and any other child theme previously, you can simply purchase the child package by itself, otherwise you need the Education + Genesis Theme package.

Take it for a test drive…

Here’s a screenshot of the Education Child Theme:

  1. Any plan to create new themes besides update the old ones?

    • Craig Tuller :

Of course!!! We have several in the works and several more in the pipeline.

    • Hey Tamar – to echo what Craig said, yes we sure do! Right now we’re just trying to get through the few original classic themes we have left, but there are definitely themes in the works such as this one and that one.

      • WOW they both look amazing, love the recent post widget in sleek and delicous is just out of this world, really like the new slider. Can’t wait for them to be released, you folks are doing an amazing job.

      • So my question is: when can we get our hands on these two masterpieces? While I’m easily swayed by pretty new things, I have to say that both of these themes look some of the best to come from StudioPress, and that’s saying something.

        I need dates…dates! 😀

      • Sleek looking quite good in particular.

      • Sleek is already used by Kreative, you have to think a new name for sleek.

  2. Nice work again guys. Clean and functional. I could use this for projects.

  3. Seems the same usual theme. Nothing new… :(

  4. I think what I’d like to see–and converting Education to Genesis was important–is a theme that works for gamers. I love the theme I have for my site right now (the link in my name), but I imagine that if StudioPress made something, it’d be even better. I use StudioPress stuff on all my other sites and plan on using them for future sites, but this is the one site that I don’t use StudioPress.
