Enterprise 1.0 Child Theme Released

StudioPress is happy to announce the release of the Enterprise 1.0 child theme. This new WordPress theme works on the Genesis Theme Framework and can be downloaded by Pro Plus members in the support forum. All others can purchase the package here.

If you have already purchased the Genesis Theme Framework and any other child theme previously, you can simply purchase the child package by itself, otherwise you need the Enterprise + Genesis Theme package.

We are also very pleased to announce that the Enterprise theme is the third design to be released from our featured designers – it was designed by the very talented Rafal Tomal, who has already designed another theme that will be made available in the near future here.

Take it for a test drive…

  9. Hello

The child themes of Genisis has catapulted the growth of Genesis framework. Studiopress is one of the few companies who are exploiting the child theme feature of WordPress.

I had a question though. Is it possible to create a child theme of a child theme. If so is the procedure the same that is there for creating child themes?

    Thanks in advance

    • Thanks Pali – not quite sure what you are looking to do… can you explain further?

      • This is something I’m actually wondering too – basically, what is the proper way to make edits to StudioPress child themes?

If we directly edit a child theme’s CSS, it could get wiped out if they are upgraded. Thus, is there some way to create our own “grand-child” theme to one of the StudioPress child themes (which uses the Genesis parent theme) to make our edits, so they are not deleted upon upgrades?

  10. great theme!
I’ve a question, the rotating images on the top are the page are associate to pages/posts ? like a featurent content.

    • Thanks Jimmy – the rotating images is actually a plugin called WP Cycle written by our lead developer Nathan Rice. It is simply pages uploaded through the dashboard, and you can link to any page or post you want for each one.

  11. Using your site on one of my new sites and its amazing. Got it from themeforest.
    Keep it up.
