StudioPress is happy to announce the release of the Legacy 1.0 child theme. This WordPress theme works on the Genesis Framework and can purchased here.
Legacy was developed by Wes Straham, and can be found on the StudioPress Marketplace. As a reminder, these themes are not included in the Pro Plus All-Themes package, but we assure you that the design and coding of the themes are top-notch.
Theme Features
The Legacy child theme includes the following features: 7 color styles (black, blue, green, orange, purple, red and silver), 6 layout options, custom background, custom header, featured images, fixed width, theme options, threaded comments. Legacy also uses the Genesis Slider plugin.

Yes it is… we can do that now with the Marketplace, since some themes are developed by StudioPress, and others by talented developers.

Ben, the Legacy theme isn’t part of the StudioPress released Pro-Plus package, rather it’s a Marketplace theme which was developed by a third party.

It looks a bit like the best sold WP theme from ThemeForest. However, it is not loading well on iPad. Great work though, keep them coming.
Love the theme, the only issue is see is the slider slightly over hangs on the right, when viewed on my iPad.

We have already fixed the iPad issue, all it needed was a minor change. I will see about getting the demo site updated soon. The update is already included in the theme package.

Wes, can the slider have words showing for each rotating image.
Yes it can. The slider that we are using on the demo is the Genesis Slider, which has the option of enabling or disabling the content to show or not.
When we buy a theme from the marketplace, do we get unlimited installations like we do when we buy Pro Plus?

The site is not available (so can not see it) but we are using LifeStyle and want to change to Legacy. Can not see it in the themes list. We are all paid up members.
