Forum Access Denied

If you are receiving this message:

{NAME}, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

AND

  1. You have purchased a Theme/Support package ... click here

  2. You have not purchased a Theme/Support package ...
  3. We only allow paid members to access individual Theme Support Forums and Tutorials. As a Registered User, you can ask general or pre-sales questions in the General Discussion forum, but we do NOT provide Theme support for non-members. Any request for theme support will be deleted.


How To Upgrade Your Forum User Account

If you have purchased a Theme/Support Membership package, but are unable to view or access the Forums or Tutorials, you must do the following:

  1. You will need your purchase "Transaction Number" provided on the Download page.
    NOTES:
    • Do NOT use your PayPal transaction number as it is not the number needed.
    • The link to the Theme Download page was sent via email after your purchase completed.
    • If you did not receive the email, look in your junk or spam email folder. It often winds up there by mistake.
    • If you can't find the email, fill out our Contact form and provide:
      Your Full Name used for the purchase
      email address used for the purchase
      Your Forum User ID
    • Also, take the time to whitelist @studiopress.com, so that any future emails do not get marked as spam.

  2. Go to the User CP > Upgrade Support page .... (click on the link)

  3. Enter the your Transaction ID, from step 1, into the "Transaction ID" box and click on the "Save Changes" button.

  4. Review the Forum Rules .... (click on the link)
