Strange problem with updates (Wp Admin)

Hello everyone,

I'm trying now to replace my 468x40 post banner (adsense) with an Amazon 468x60 banner.
I followed the instructions on this tutorial:
http://studiopress.com/support/viewtopi ... =18&t=4378 and everything was perfect until I tried to "Save Changes" in the Widgets.

When I click on "Save Changes" I'm forwarded to a 404 page - if I go back and try to save changes without Amazon's html code, everything is fein.

I also tried today to update my index.php file and I was also forwarded to a 404 page (eventually I modified it with the Winscp)

Any idea what might cause it?

Thank you

There's definitely no problem with the code. It works perfect with a Notepad (.html)
I have the same problem if I try to upload Adsense to this spot, I've got some kind of a problem - probably I modified one of the codes and now I don't know which.

The strangest thing is that I was sure that If I'll download a new version of the wordpress and will rewrite all the codes, the problem will be fixed, but it wasn't.
I was actually hoping that someone here had a similar problem so he/she'll be able to give me a hint or where to start looking for the problem.

I'm adding 4 screenshots that maybe will help you understand my problem.

Thanks again.

And here is the final Screenshot, after I click on Save changes (with the code inside)

Thank you!
