Help on last refining touches on my agent site

Hello guys!
I'm almost done with my website based on Agent Theme template!

I just have a couple of questions for things I can't change hoping you'll be so kind as usual to help me out!

The website is located at http://www.larosaimmobiliare.com

1) On the homepage, I can't find where to change the "read more" thing since I'd have to change into italian language

2)I have two categories of posts which I should show on the homepage "rents" and "sales". When I set up the option on the dashboard it displays only recents posts for rents. How can I display posts for last "sales" too? i guess it has to do with adding some code for showing last posts of another category but I can't find it!

Looking great - love the color scheme. As for the Read More link, go into the functions.php file and towards the bottom, are two places where you'll see this code:
