Enterprise Child theme and News Child theme purchased
 
Hello.

I have purchased both above mentioned child themes, but when I go to control panel to upgrade my Support and I feed my Transaction ID it says "No transaction was found for this transaction number.".

Kindly let me know how can I access both the theme forums??

I only have access to Genesis Connect support forum, not to Enterprise and News Child themes forums.

I get this message when I click on "Child Theme Tutorial" option above :

Are you using the transaction ID from the Genesis purchase? If so please use the contact form to get help on the upgrade.

Also, WP CUMULUS wordpress plugin is not working in News Child theme. :coffee:
Used contact form to get help on the upgrade, but still not got any update for same...

How much more time will it take??

It varies, I'll send let the folks in charge of that know what is going on. You will need to start a thread in the support forums when you get access for any support issues.

We do ask that for the contact form you give 24-48 hours, especially on the weekends. :)

There's nothing in the contact form submissions from either your forum name or the email address attached to your forum account.

The sale was under a different email address.
