Church 4.0 reload - Wordpress is saying "Broken Theme"

After trying numerous times to upgrade the Church 3.0 to Church 4.0, Wordpress is still not recongizing the the new version.

It's stating:

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
Stylesheet is missing.

I'm a beginner so this could be something really simple. Can someone help?

However you move to 4.0 you should end up with a directory named church_40 filled with over 20 files and a few directories in it. Can you confirm that directory exists?
