DISABLE mobile site
 

I have a client that does not want her site to be mobile - just a smaller version of the website.

Tips to safely disable the mobile viewing?

Kind of sucks that you guys advertise great support, but even if you've purchased the Genesis framework you still have to upgrade your account apparently to get any help.

You don't need to purchase anything extra. If you've purchased Genesis you just need to enter you account info. :grin:

Ok, I tried to upgrade and it's saying there is no transaction ID for BOTH of my purchases, the genesis framework and the fabric theme.

If you're having trouble upgrading you need to use the contact form and they'll get you sorted.
