Didn't receive email link
 

Hi there. I have just purchased the Landscape theme but I have not received an email link to download it. Please help?

It usually goes to the email address associated with the paypal account. Have you checked there?

Hi. the email address that it sent to is no longer active, I forgot to change it (i have changed it now). Can I access the download link from my account? I have left an email on the contact form and am awaiting a reply.

HI. How do I get a reply to the contact form. I need to get this website up and running and I have not had a reply in over 5 days. Please let me know how I can get the link for the theme I have purchased!

Thanks for looking. I am not sure what happened as i got your automated email to say that you had my first message. Anyway, not to worry. I have had an email with the link to the Landscape theme, but when I try to install it, i get this message; any idea why?( i have downloaded and installed twice with the same error message)
