Cannot download Genesis Framework

I purchased the Genesis Framework but when I go to my Dashboard/Appearance....there is not a tab at the top that says "Install Themes". Can anyone tell me how I would go about downloading it?

Is your blog hosted at wordpress.COM?

They do not allow theme installations there. You have to purchase themes directly from them.
