This is a bad sign. Take $80 out of my PayPal right away but don't deliver the goods. I noticed someone else complaining of the same thing. And you can't talk to anyone that's real because there is no phone number or live chat. This is some shady stuff! :bang:

Just left a comment on the owner's blog. This is ridiculous. Customer support is non-existent. Big disappointment.

Just got it, finally.

Apologies, sometimes there is a bit of a delay, depending on how the mail servers are doing. the files are sent through another provider.

If you note the big blue message at the top, we will be switching soon to a new members areas and waits like this will be resolved.

(also note in the other thread, the user had the wrong email address ;) )
