Create Archive Page Based on Tags
How would you do this?
I'd like to create archive pages based upon certain tags. I want the page to be snippets of the posts, not the whole post. Is there an easy way to do this? |
Use the built in tags archive pages.

Thanks Andrea. I tried that, not working.
I did this: http://screencast.com/t/RWRvECN8BW per Brian's post. Not getting the results I wanted. http://www.noteville.com/newspring-leadership/ |
Do you think I did things right and just have to modify my template? I'm confused.
|
That blog template will only accept category arguments. Not tags.
WordPRess build tag archives for you. They are here: http://www.noteville.com/tag/newspring-leadership-2012/ |
I understand that. I want to format the page so it doesn't show the whole post, just a snippet.

Genesis -> Settings -> Content Archive.
"show excerpts on archive pages" and check the box. |
Andrea - You are a genius. Thanks so much.

Great since the issue is resolved, I'll close the thread. If you have more questions, please open a new thread.
