Contact Form 7

My client site Aspergers911.com is suddenly having a problem with the contact page. It is saying
[contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]

Any idea how to fix this.

I had this problem after an update once. Try copying and pasting the shortcode again into the 'contact' page.
