Is this possible? Woo Theme site into a Genesis site?

Hello...

I am a member of the Houston Chapter of the National Speakers Association that spent a lot of money with multiple programmers who created a Woo Themed WP site for us. Well, they programmed a lot of stuff in it so that changes are difficult to make. So, I've been asked to try and fix this mess.

We have a couple of databases of our members that give different levels of membership different access.

I want to get our chapter to go Genesis Framework. And I have some support on this...but they want to make sure that we don't go back to square one.

Could someone take a look at the CSS of our web site and let me know what, if anything would happen if we purchased and installed Genesis? I have been given this assignment with the critical goal of not having the site be down at all. I ended my call tonight with my president that if we can't get this to work that I strongly suggest we just go ahead, install Genesis and then build the custom code in later. Genesis is so easy to use and update and I want to get rid of this Woo Theme now.

Thanks!

P.S. feel free to PM me so we can chat via e-mail if that is easier for you.

It's not the css - whatever they programed in previous and however they did it, that's the stuff you need to look at.

You know on super large high traffic sites they also have a hard time meeting this goal? ;)

Standard procedure is to build a development site with the db and content from the production site. Then start making your changes.
