Refund Request
 

Hi,

I would like to have my refund as I'm just not able to use any of the themes that I bought (with the PRO Pack). I've been a Catalyst theme user and I've realised that Genesis is no where near as user friendly as Catalyst is...

Or there must be something that I'm missing - I really wanted something like Catalyst's Dynamic theme for a complete overhaul for my website, but its not possible with Genesis or its child themes - tried many of them, but it's just not working out. Please refund me the money at the earliest.

PS: I paid through my credit card and NOT by authorize.net or paypal service. So, I really don't have the transaction ID to enter in the contact form.
