Child themes incomplete message
 

I am having trouble with activating child themes. I have installed Genesis Framework
Then when I up load a child theme I keep getting messages like
Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
Fabric Child Theme The parent theme is missing. Please install the "genesis" parent theme.

The Genesis parent theme is there. Why cant the stylesheet and template be be found
I have removed cookies

Can I get a link to your site, so I can go look?

Genesis MUST be in a folder called /genesis/.

If it is in a folder called Genesis, genesis-1 or anything else, the child themes cannot "see" it.
