WordPress Dashboard

I have two general questions. If anyone wants to give feedback I would appreciate it.

1) The Dashboard CSS is not loading. Following message from view-source....

'Server Error

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://runningevolution.com/wp-admin...&ver=3.4.2. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.'

2) In the Dashboard the following message....

'Incoming Links Configure

Loading…

This widget requires JavaScript.

Plugins

Loading…

This widget requires JavaScript.'

Solutions?.....

1) Reinstall wp-admin folder?
2) JavaScript problem is result of disabling of javascript because of free hosting?

URL, I am reluctant to link Dashboard, Is that necessary?

I misspoke in the last message. It is the host who is asking me for help, Do you have any idea what happened?

No - those are all hosting errors. They needs to check their server specs or ask at the wordpress.org forums.

I understand now. There was 'HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)'. Thanks Andrea.
