Trying to upgrade my Forum Acct
 

In order to view specific theme set up instructions you must enter the code sent to you when you purchased Genesis. I have finally located the original email but when I enter the code under my user control panel it says its not valid. Did I wait too long? (it's been at least a year or better). I didn't set it up at the time of purchase because at the time I wasn't too interested in customizing the child theme I'd purchased. Shame on me, I know, but any help would be appreciated. Really need to access some tutorials.:bang:

Sorry to see you are having difficulty with this. There isn't much I can do in the forums but all hope is not lost. Please use the contact form and they can get your account fixed. Please be patient as more than half of us are out right now due to a confluence of events (frankenstorm etc).
