Guest posting question

Hi all I wanted to know what would be the safest way to setup questing on my blog. I was thinking about it but i want to make sure i do it correctly and Dont allow any unnessery access to my site. Thanks for any help with this.

If it is someone you more or less "trust" as in you know of them and believe their posts to be worth putting in your site, then make them a "contributor." They should have the ability to write posts and nothing else. Not edit not delete, not even publish.

Well I dont really know the guest posters because it's their first time. It this the only method

You can post it on their behalf. I won't accept a guest post from someone I don't "know." This doesn't mean I need to have met them, but rather that they have a site or have commented regularly or other wise have established themselves and didn't just blind submit to me.
