Hi - we do not have phone support.

What is your exact issue?

This is a support forum, as I;ve been explaining in your other threads. Each new thread open a new support request.

You have to wait for someone to respond, it is not immediate nor are we staffed around the clock.

I downloaded this however do not know where to start to begin using.. I thought everything went to wordpress.org. and I need it to go to my hospting godaddy.. however there is no where on hre to tell where to open or start. no stepby step instructions. or prompts... I prefer oldfashion customer service voice... I am hands on person listen and do.. having to search is a big waist of my time which is very limted... I have spent now over 3 days and gotton no where.

I use godadaddy for my hosting - do you have a new hosting account with GoDaddy, or is it an existing account? If you have just set up a new account, you should receive an e-mail from GoDaddy letting you know when your database has been set up. That includes a link to your new Wordpress admin account.

From there, you would install the Genesis framework and your Child theme (assuming you also purchased a child theme).

If you haven't set up your account with GoDaddy, that's your first step.

Good luck, and welcome!

Wordpress.org is the place where the Wordpress software can be downloaded from

GoDaddy is your webhost.

You need to have a working Wordpress installation and a domain name before you can even start using our themes.

Do you have a domain name?

I'm going to merge all your threads into one.

WordPress and Genesis are not a drag an drop, or one-click solution. And delibeerately so. If they were, we would lose so much of their flexibility and efficiency for the dubious benefit of making it easy.

These forums exist to help you whatever your level of ability. If you need help getting started, say where you're stuck, don't just say you don't know where to start, because you have a host and now you have genesis.

Do you have a domain name at Godaddy?
Have you installed WordPress?
Have you uploaded Genesis?
Are you getting error messages?

The people on these forums are extremely helpful, but they will ignore posts that don't explain a real problem. not because they are ignorant, but because they cannot offer help if they do not know the problem.

With one exception: both Nick and I are paid forum managers and we will answer. :)
