403 Forbidden when trying to download?

I am trying to download the most recent version of the StudioPress Themes (we have purchased the full package).

Every time I click on a download link, I get taken to a "403 Forbidden" error page.

I was only able to download one theme, the first one (Agency), then I started to get the error.

What am I doing wrong?
