download links expired
 

I just opened the email to download the Genesis Platform and Child Theme, but both links were expired. I just purchased the software a few hours ago. Can someone help? Thank you.

Ok, this is weird. Typically the link will only expire if you download it a few times. Sadly, I cannot get this working for you in the forum. Please use the contact form so we can get a new link sent to you.

As I said in my other post, we are working up a solution that will fix this type of problem. I know this isn't getting you up now but please know these types of problems frustrate us so much we have created a new system so our customers don't have to deal with the limitations of the system we were using.

I'm sorry, but I am completely lost. I can't even put a logo on my website. This is just way above me. I even purchased the genesis extender plugin, because it sounded like it would be easier to change my website.
