Is there a plugin that allows your auto-tweet to "@" the added twitter user of a certain post?

I"m nto sure I understand. You mean you wish to have a RT button with the user included in the @ reply or?

Nick what I mean is a auto tweet plugin for us to auto tweet and auto @ whoever we add to that particular post, understand?

I'm not aware of one quite like that. There are several that convert tags or categories to hashtags, but I'm not aware of a way to tweet specific users.
