Hi All. Am a studiopress fourm virgin so be gentle with me please.

Can anyone of you good people point me towards specific step-by-step guidance for transferring an existing site (www.termsandconditions.co.uk) to a SP theme. Am trying to modernize my site and also escape crippling hosting fees. I am reasonably au fait with how wordpress.org sites work but am not a php developer.
