site hacked - help please

Hi All,

My site has been attacked with Viagra - boo!

My hosting company said it was this file ...

/home/friends/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/header.php

How do i clean it up? do I just copy over this file from the them on my desktop? will that get rid of it?
