Show Posts on a Static Page that is not the Landing Page
 

I am sure this been addressed before, however, I am unable to find discussions about it.

I have on my Menu the links to 3 three static pages, which are also our 3 categories in the blog. The setting I have set is to show the latest post on the landing page, which is what I want. Can I automatically show the latest posts in a category in the static page that we associate with the corresponding category? Or do I have to some add them to the page?

Sorry to be obtuse. The instructions in that tutorial say to scroll to the custom field meta box in the Page Edit page. I do not see any custom field meta box. What am I missing?

Forget that...I found I had to include that in the Screen Options! I am such a newbie.
