Why are some of the topics private?
 

Hello... I bought the adorable child theme template with my genesis theme purchase and I'm having some difficulty customizing the site. I saw at the bottom of the support page here a link for threads about the adorable child theme, but it's marked "private." I cannot access it. Please explain to me why this is? Is there somewhere I can go for information specifically about the adorable child theme setup? When I purchased it, it said that it came with "detailed tutorials.." but I can't found them. THANK YOU!!!!!! :):

Also in the emails sent with purchase was instructions on upgrading your forum account with the transaction ID.
