Author Profile showing incomplete
 

Okay, this one's driving me around the bend so hopefully someone can help!

I've enabled the Author Box and it's displaying incomplete information.

The problem is it only shows "About.." with no information pulled from Gravatar. The information shows up fine in the hovercard though.

Could you please get a screen shot of your user profile settings. Thanks.

It pulls the blurb from your user profile page in the WP admin area. Not Gravatar.
