Contact Form
 

I'd like to create a contact form similar to this: http://www.precisionmarketing.com/contact.php

I can just pick a plugin but wanted to see if there was a StudioPress recommendation.

No, there's no Studiopress recommendation. Obviously, you should take a look at the popular plugins such as cforms. Gravity forms is gaining a lot of fans, too.

Contact Form in Widget
 

I am using cForms and it seems to work just fine on a page or post.

But for some reason I can't put the form in the Home Page Side Widget.

I put the html short code (<!--cforms name="Form 2"-->) and that didn't work.

Is there another way to put a contact form in the home page side widget?
