Anyone Know of a Slide Show Plugin

I am looking to add galleries to my site. I want to add a slide show/Gallery for a post similar to http://www.askmen.com/women/gallerie...picture-2.html

Any suggestions...

One of the most popular slideshow gallery plugins is NextGen. It's easy to use and set up.
