How do I show all post content?

You taught me about how the php the_content or the php_except were applied and you said both would strip photos...

The content function displays the entire post. The excerpt function displays the first 55 words stripping out all html. You can force the excerpt to display html (and images) and control the length by getting a plugin called "advanced excerpt".

Go Settings. It used to be called Options.
