My Category Order Plug-In

I love the CHURCH theme but are not having luck with the My Category order plugin . Could you look at http://myedgebrookchurch.org and see if I need to alter any code on CHURCH 4.0 to make this plugin work. I installed the plugin and ordered the subnav to be:

Welcome, Sunday Services, Upcoming Events, Mens, Womens, Youth then Childrens but it doesn't seem to take even though it saved successfully

open header.php and change your category order to this as shown in the installation info
