Genesis how to for Non Developers

These tutorials are way over my head! Is there any tutorial for using Genesis that just walks you through all the elements of making a new post and what every box means in that window? i.e. especially all those under "Custom Genesis SEO Options and Settings.

Sorry. No. Not yet. We're working on that level of documentation, but we don't know have a set time table for completion.
