Post new page for contributors
 

For one of my websites i'm looking for a solution like on http://www.momenttoshine.com/
In my attachment you see how it looks like on momentstoshine.

I want my contributors to have a verry simple new post form in stead of the normal dashboard.

Could this be done through a custom plugin? (better for future wp updates) or is this only possible by hacking WP core files?

I'm willing to pay for a good solution.

Thats no option because it's giving a lot of bugs
