I upgraded to 3.0 and the feature video is missing from the left side bar.

The problem I find is that there is no video widget to post the code in. And while I'm here, my category feature bars below the gallery have collapsed into a single line and my category posts appear in all three categories.

If you carefully read the tutorial I sent you to you see that you place your embed code into a TEXT WIDGET

Have you looked at this tutorial for setting categories for the front page

Also if you have no or little text in the post you will get no or little text on the front page

Yes, everything looks like it should but all the features are going in all the categories. The category title is right and the feature gallery is okay. I just have dummy stories in there as I try to get it working. When I first got into this update I was in the home page script trying to change the category-showcase like you did in the previous version. I went back and took out the category numbers I put in there.

why don't you try uploading a fresh home.php and see if that helps. Unless you have categorized the stories in all three sections they should only show in one.

if you still have the original file on your desktop ftp it up to your site. Else download fresh copy

yes. the thumbnail works on the bottom feature but not the upper left feature. Don't have one in the right yet. But all feature, except the gallery which is working, show up in the three categories.

Can anyone tell me why is it that I can't seem to view any tutorial videos? I click on "viewtopic....." links but am directed to RevolutionTwo.com instead. I really need to know how to tweak the theme...
