Anyone care to develop a "Mega Menu" dropdown

I'd be willing to help support development of such a plugin or script.

By mega menu, I mean where any link in a particular nav is hovered (or clicked) the dropdown showing all options for all links are shown (instead of one particular column).

Just wondering if the idea has hit anyone else? I've seen a script I intend to use in codecanyon if nothing materializes here.

Thanks!

I moved this to the General thread since it isn't related to the development of the Genesis Framework. Also it will get more exposure here.

If the one you've seen on CodeCanyon is the ubermenu plugin, then I'd recommend that. It's an awesome plugin, though the price appears to have gone up since I bought it.

Yes, for a mega-menu, this one works well. However, I want the entire nav bar to drop-down, not just one tab. I will have to have some custom js written, if I'm allowed (I'm purchasing it), I'll share it here for any eager plugin authors.

Thanks

Sorry that I take this old thread back. I know we can buy Uber Menu, but its license is for one site only. If using multiple sites, we will need to buy extended license that costs much more. In addition, I would like to avoid plugin as much as possible.

So, wondering if StudioPress has any plan to develop a mega menu with Genesis framework?

Thanks.

there are no plans at this time.

Mighty-Menus

Woo Themes website say they are working on a plugin called "Mighty-Menus", which I guess may be woo-framework independent/free when it is released:

Reading the pitch from Woo, that would be a great option for genesis.
