Plugin to show "latest" "comments", "categories" etc as tabs
 

H I came across a WP site that has a "box" which has "latest" "comments", "categories" and "archive" as tabs above the box.

Does anybody know what widget or plugin is that?

Hi. the site is using tabs with each tab content from wp template tag or a wp plugin.
It's hard to say if the tab is using wp template tag or a plugin unless you can see the theme code.

You can pm me if you want that tabs

They are most likely using the tabbed-widgets plugin.
