I Purchased a Theme but am unable to post in Theme Support
 
I purchased the News child theme, but have been unable to post in the support forum. It shows the lock icon on the side and won't let me post, saying that I'm not authorized.
I can't view any of the posts either.

How can I get posting/viewing privileges? I am having some issues and need support.

Welcome to teh forums, it looks like you didn't complete your account registration by "upgrading" your account. This is done with your original purchase transaction ID. For more info, please see these FAQs
