events plug-in recommendation?
 

Hi all,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a WP plug-in that could give me the same affect as the scrolling list of calendar events under the feature photo slider at this site:

http://www.artscenterlive.org/

I am also working on an arts center website that is heavily calendar-based, and looking to create a space between the WP-Cycle slideshow and the home-middle area (so would also need direction on how to do that once a new plug-in is installed):

http://buttonwood.org

Buttonwood has been using "Event Calendar" and the "Event Calendar Widget" plug-ins to create their online calendar, but I want to step it up for them, if possible.

I'm not aware of a plugin that does this out of the box. You may need to hire a developer to make this happen.

I'm really just looking for a plug-in that is a photo slideshow of posts. Doesn't have to be labeled "events" in the plug-in. Any suggestions?
