Pre-sale questions

I want to use the Agency theme for a new...well...agency I'm starting. I have good experience with both HubSpot for websites and WordPress for blogging so all my questions are related to SEO and CMS.

1. Can meta tags and meta descriptions be easily written for each separate page? Can alt text be easily assigned to photos?

2. Is the overall CMS for Genesis/Agency different than that of WordPress? Is it more robust?

3. Is a demo available to see these features in action?

4. How about landing pages?

5. How about lead nurturing?

5. Is an add-on purchase necessary (SEO Scribe, Gravity Forms, etc) to achieve above goals?

Thanks. Looking forward to this solution.

Genesis has built in SEO fields to make the meta fields easy to edit. You can also use several third party SEO plugins that Genesis will recognize and disable itself for. Alt tags are handled via WordPress and it is very simple to set when adding an image to a post or page.

The CMS used is WordPress. There are several features added, but generally Genesis works hard to make everything work seamlessly with WordPress.

We don't have a demo beyond teh one you can see.

If you want a robust landing page system you may want to get Premise to work with the theme.

Premise is also intended to help build leads in conjunction with other services.

There is no add on required, but I would recommend Gravity Forms and Premise based on what you are asking. You could do it all with just the framework, but those two plugins will make it much easier.

Thanks for the prompt response. Looks like this is the way to go. One more quick question: in the 87 pages of sample sites created with various themes, can those be sorted by theme? I'd like to see what others have done with "Agency" for example.

Thanks again for the helpful tips.

yes, the showcase themes are tagged, so it is possible to sort. For convenience, here is a link for Agency based showcase sites
