Account for Theme Forums Deactivated
 

I have Genesis and two child themes. I cannot access the them forums. I get a message that my account has been deactivated, although I can log in and out. Now I'm really stuck. What do I do now? I've run into many problems with the Tapestry Theme.

I looked over your account history and you were refunded, which means the account was disabled.

Since you re-purchased, you would have had to use the transactionID to upgrade your forum account, as outlined in the emails that are sent.

I did it manually since i can see the purchase.
