Post URL question
 

I have a question about the URL of my content, lets say I created a blog post about an Buffer the social sharing service and named that blog post Buffer social sharing service wouldn't that name be in the URL? because I created a blog post with a title some what the same but when I click i\on the page I get this URL http://www.creativebloggers.net/?p=3007 can anyone tell me why and can you view that blog post. Thanks so much

That's the default URL wordpress gives to every post. the post is still visible at the pretty permalink.
