Where can I re-download purchased themes?
 

I bought a theme a week or so ago and paid for it but I didn't get a download link or anything. I can see via my Paypal account that I purchased it but I can't find any kind of "account history" or anything on here so I can go and try to download this. I am sure it is simple if I just knew where to look?

Right now, we do not have an area to download individual themes - expect for Pro Plus members.

To access a new copy of the theme, please just use the link provided in your original download email.
If you no longer have that, please go through the contact form and include email address used to make the purchase.

Please Note: If you've downloaded a copy before, please do save this new version to a different location on your computer. All server links point to the new file(s), but your computer may not replace them properly if you choose the same download location. The filename is named the same.

How Long Does iT Take To Receive The Links Emails?
 

Hi There< How long will it take to receive the links with the two themes I recently purchased? Amped and Mocha? I only received the PayPal payment confirmation email, but no emails yet from Studio Press. Any Thoughts?

Please check your spam folder and make sure you are checking the email inbox of the email address you used for the paypal purchase.

If not, then go thru the contact form like I said above.
