I just unistalled my antivirus program, Zonealarm. Still have the same darn problem. Can't update the site. Seemed to be able to make edits while in SAFE MODE though. Windows 7.

I happened to be scouring through the header...

I happened to be scouring through the header again and noticed the extra robots.txt meta. It is a default setting in the WP plugin, Google XML Sitemaps.

Issue resolved.
